Here’s an amazing bit of history – an Alvin Keech banjo uke from the 1930s. It has been restored by the brilliant instrument maker Phil Davidson for us and it plays brilliantly. I’ve seen a few of these over the years and they’re often completely unplayable but this one is a real joy with a nice low action, great vellum and a real classic bite to the tone. It’s signed by Alvin Keech on the back and had it’s own serial number. It also come with a vintage case.
