Here’s a wonderful opportunity to own a super nice Martin tenor (made in the Martin Nazareth Factory USA) in solid mahogany. These ‘modern’ Martins were reintroduced about 10 years ago and are no longer available so becoming increasingly rare. The mahogany instruments in this range were my favourite (the also did koa) as they have a real lush warmth but still have that Martin ‘jangle’ in the upper register too.

This one has been meticulously crafted and it is an absolute joy to play with a really low action yet no buzzing and great volume – the best of all worlds! It is in very good condition with no major dings or scratches – just a bit of shine where it has been strummed and along the neck. It also has had a strap peg professionally fitted.

It comes with the original bespoke Martin gigbag and the gem still had the original tags. The strings are Martin Fluorocarbon and still have plenty of life in them. These were £1799 new and are now collectible as no longer produced.
