Description
Oh my – I REALLY love this one. It’s a Martin Baritone from the 1960s in its original case (very rare). Beautifully made of all solid mahogany, it has a deep rich tone and an openness that only comes from played in vintage instruments. It has the warmest sound of any baritone I’ve played. It’s in great condition too – the rich reddish mahogany contrasts beautifully against the two part faux tortoiseshell binding.
There is a crack repair on the bottom left bout which has been done well and is completely stable. The action is still medium low and very comfortable to play. The tuning pegs still work perfectly and the Martin Logo is still in good condition on the headstock.
An absolute delight and very rare – especially in the U.K.!
