The Uke Room is closing this year. When purchasing a ukulele please read the terms in below.
- No returns other than faulty or damaged goods. If the item arrives damaged or faulty I will accept returns within 14 days. I stand by all the ukes, but the shop will not physically exist in a few months so for obvious reasons I will be unable to accept returns and refunds after that.
- I will be unable to accommodate shop visits, take calls and arrange demos. Closing the shop and everything involved in that is very time restrictive in the short term. At the same time I’m teaching and organising the festival so I won’t have the time to answer long queries or accommodate calls and visits. Thank you for your understanding.
